Check-In function
You can set this up on the race requirements. When on a race entry, you can check a race entry into a
race or event. You are asked to confirm or edit the online mobile and if using YB tracker, the serial
number allocated to the boat.
When viewing race entries, you can see all checked-in and non-checked-in boats.
Check Out function
When setting the check-in option in race requirements, this will also enable a checkout button on
each race entry with the associated checkout and not checked-out views and dashboard on race
entries.
You also have the option to set a custom message for the checkout of a race. For example, you may
wish to confirm that the competitor has declared, and they have returned their tracker.
Penalty and Redress
You can now add a penalty or redress without adding any additional time. For example, if you would
have applied a penalty but gave redress instead.
SMS limits
SMS sends have been limited to 300 characters to prevent long texts from being sent as these
consume multiple SMS messages and can be cost prohibitive.
Boat EPIRB Required
The ability to make the boat EPIRB mandatory in race requirements and have an alert if this is not
completed.
Races to count
On a series class, you can override the number of races to count for that series class only. This will
manage the discards separately for that series class as well as show the correct number of races to
count on the series table for that class and other classes.
Enhancements to elapsed time penalty and redress
When clearing a penalty or redress in the race office, the elapsed time updates immediately so you
can see more clearly the impact on elapsed time.
Course records
FIX – When a boat has beaten a rating authority record and there are subclasses for that division,
only the boat that has the new record is awarded the new record.
Enhancement – When records are beaten, the new record time is shown at the top of the results and
division pages, rather than the old records.
Self Declaration
Ability to complete a self-dec on behalf of a competitor in the race office on the race entry.
When sending out self-declarations, you will be reminded of the self dec deadline and have the
ability to adjust this before sending.
Protest Board
Significant improvements for mobile and desktop view.
Display of time zone for dates – received on, hearing date time etc.
The protest board moved to the top of the noticeboard.

Ability to override the sequence numbers for protests. (Useful if you delete one)
Results and Live Results
Scoring notes are now visible in both areas
Ability to add a scoring note without applying a penalty (Useful for when you might need to apply a
percentage penalty after the finish but need to note the pending penalty on the live results)
Ability to send a link from the results page of a class or division results. This will land the user directly
to the selected class or division.
Event Results have been moved to the bottom of the results screen.
Race Dashboard Reports
Reports have been consolidated to a button on the dashboard quick task. This lists the following
reports:
Starting/Finishing Sheet (All entries that have not withdrawn)
Progressive Finish Sheet (All entries still racing, not retired etc.)
Customs Report
Marina Report
Outstanding Tasks by Entry
Retired Report (List of all entries retired from the race)
Manage Race Crew
A competitor managing a race entry will have a clear indicator of the number of crew in their race
crew without having to count them.
Merge Accounts
