Outstanding balance alert
When are is set to allow pay later or takes a deposit, a new field in race details called Final Payment
due on must be set.
When competitors have a card registered against their account, they will only see the payment due
alert if the Final Payment date and time has passed.
World Sailor Details
A nightly process now runs to keep all World sailor status and categories updated.
Virus Scanning
All documents uploaded in the race office are now passed through an online virus scan. Note all
competitor uploaded documents have always been scanned.
Race Records
Against a race, records can be set by monohull, multihull and by each rating authority.
If a record is setup, it will show on the results and live results and any boats beating records will be
displayed with a banner next to their finish time.
Crew Waiver Settings
In your setup, you can now control what your crew waiver is called and the summary terms text each
registered user presses to agree to them.
Protest Boards
Each protest now shows on the notice of race page for that race.

Finish Times in the race office
Enhancement to the grid size and validation have been made.
Report Subscriptions
Race Offices can now subscribe to daily email reports. These currently include any race office task
and new race entries from the previous day.
Transit Points and Sector Time
A new analysis page shows time in sector and detailed transit point information when using transit
points in a race. (YB Tracker or manually enter)
In the race office when you add go to add transit pointsm you can turn on the new transit point analysis button in the results
