Ability to export and email people with specific tasks outstanding
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows Race officers to email, text or export to an audience with specific outstanding tasks. This enhancement will enable you to for example send all race entry managers an email about certification course where they do not have enough certificated people on their crew.
New Price List options
We have added the ability use feet or meters in a price list. Additionally, you can now configure price list bands in two ways:
Within Band: Boats pay a fixed fee based on the band they fall into.
Per Unit: Boats are charged a fixed amount per foot or meter that they fall into.
New deposit option
For races requiring a deposit, you now have the ability to add the deposit on top of the entry fee. This means the deposit will be an additional fee, rather than being deducted from the entry fee.
Particularly useful if you have a fixed application fee that is non-refundable.
Race Officer withdrawal Note
Race officers can now add a note specifying the reason for a boat’s withdrawal from a race. These notes will be visible only within the Race Office, providing internal clarity and documentation.
Auto Attach certificates based on sail number
When a boat does not have a rating certificate linked to it, the system attempts to match any new incoming certificates based on the boats sail number. You can now disable this feature for all rating authorities for each boat.
Checklist approver
Race Officers can now grant checklist approver rights for users. These users will have the ability to approve or decline checklists, but will not have any other race office permissions.
