Live Results with YB Tracker
Live Results now includes a link to Live Standings and Live Leaderboards. These are available only when the race is Live and are updated every 10 minutes from YB Trackers Data.
To enable this feature on races using YB Tracker, select the option to Enable Live Standings in the YB Tracker tab of a race.
Email and Phone Labels and Tool Tips
We have introduced the ability to re-label and add tooltips to the following fields:
Boats – Onboard Mobile – Onboard Mobile 2
Race Entry – Primary Email, Secondary Email, Primary Mobile, Secondary Mobile
These can be changed within the race office, under Your Setup, Portal Details.
Enhanced Communication Audiences
Anywhere in the system that you can send communications including text messages, emails, compliance emails and self-declarations, now has a wizard where you can pick the audience of the communications. Emails and Texts are deduplicated where the same address might be in multiple group selections.
You can preview the list and remove receipts individually from the list before you send it.
Start Sequences
In the ‘Races/Courses and Start Time’ section, we’ve introduced an advanced Start Sequence feature. This innovative tool allows race organizers to efficiently group classes into designated Start Groups. Enhance organization and visibility by colour-coding each group and personalizing their names according to your preferences. Before finalizing, you have the convenience of previewing the Start Group sheet. Once satisfied, effortlessly publish it to the notice board using a dedicated option, ensuring all participants are well-informed and ready for the race.
Race Co-Pilot Alerts
Never miss a last-minute alert on the race co-pilot. These include last-minute rating changes that have missed the rating dealing, a boat changing classes due to an in-time rating change or a last-minute change of crew that may impact a boat’s compliance.
Race offices can enable alerts by email or SMS to themselves for all notifications that get added to the Co-Pilot.
In the future, these will include online protest registrations, low batteries on YB tracking devices and long periods of missed tracking reports.
Race Check-Out enhancements
A race officer can not copy the self-dec link to the clipboard from the Check-Out screen. This might be useful if you want to open it in another window for a competitor to complete.
Pre-Race Person’s Onboard Checks (POB)
Pre-Race Crew checks have been renamed to Person’s onboard checks to make it clearer that these include the Skipper and Crew.
