Protest Board
Ability to assign someone with the role to just access and manage the protest board of a race – This
is set in the Portal Credentials Section of online accounts. “Protest Board Permissions”
Each race or regata has a protest board where public information (Official Notice Board) or internal
information can be stored.
The protest board will show the status of the protest, the time and place of the hearing and the
decision along with the ability to upload a full jury document and a redacted one for public
consumption.
Avatars in lists
These have been added to the Boat List and the Online Accounts list within the race office.
Improved grids for Race Entries
The grids for race entries have been optimised for searching and scaling. These have been tested
with circa 1M records.
Race Entries Manual Payment
Within the race entry transactions, you can now take a payment from a card holder who is present.
E.g., Take the card details from the entrant on the phone or in person and charge the card.
Home Page
Systems using the default home page can now enable and disable items on it. These can be renamed,
and the link can be set to land anywhere within the system. Configured in Your Setup – Homepage
items.
System Templates
In your Setup under System Templates, you can now override the standard emails for Crew Locker
Invitations – You can also merge personised fields into the templates.
More system templates will be added soon.
Communications History
Within the race office a new menu item called Communication History enables you to see all the
communications that you or the system has sent.
Within an online account, you can also see any communication that relate to that online contact.
Race Entry communications are coming soon.
Validation and Hint Text for AIS and EPIRB
The validation and hint text has been improved for both these fields.
Fixed issue with auto approving checklists with options sets where several answers can make the
checklist auto approve.
General Improvements to Date and Time fields including localisation to honour browser time zone
